The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies towards the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering providers for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency said it is actually alarmed in regards to the higher range of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The purpose on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a significant range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no thoroughly functional office dedicated to service the area every day. The support issue produced for intervention activities a superior inflow of possible beneficiaries, that makes it tough for your here office to attend to all people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more assets to allow the servicing of all prospects and raise entry to Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
